Hey, I'm Ashley, 17, and I'm just lovin life.
In the last year I've:
discovered the masterpiece that is a Pink Floyd album (I now own eight, wish you were here is my favorite),
come to appreciate poetry as more than just a way for people to whine about their problems (and have written quite a bit myself in math class),
and have gone through intense book withdrawl (i've been reading the same book for over two months and twitch thinking about the long list growing on my whiteboard).
I have never met a person who talks about history and books as passionately as I do (sadly), and have had three failed trips to Egypt in the past two years.
I'm pretty much just a unique nerd with a very awkward sense of humor...
